HỒ Chí Minh, tháng 02/2024 2 TOPIC SUMMARY With the world changing so quickly these days, there is a growing desire for societal improvements, including the creation of more inclusive and varied companies. Studies have indicated that diverse and inclusive companies perform better than their counterparts; yet, only a small percentage of businesses have succeeded in achieving true diversity and inclusivity. Leaders that are inclusive engage with the variety around them, foster interpersonal trust, are flexible, and consider other people's points of view.
These skills boost their influence on individuals, groups, and the organization as a whole, as well as their efficacy. The team carried out this study with the aim of discovering and measuring how the effects of inclusive leadership on organizational citizen behavior, employee perception, turnover intention, job satisfaction and knowledge sharing with the mediating role of organizational justice based on background theories and synthesis of domestic and international research. The official data source used in this study was collected based on survey questionnaires from 367 people who are working or used to work. The research team used data analysis methods including reliability analysis - Cronbach's Alpha and Composite reliability, average extracted variance (AVE), discriminant value - Heterotrait-Monotrait (HTMT) ratio, evaluate the structural model through the coefficients VIF, R2, f2, use regression to test the model and hypotheses.
Research proposes and analyzes the impact of 7 concepts, which are: (1) Inclusive Leadership, (2) Organizational Justice, (3) Organization Citizen Behaviour, (4) Job Sastisfaction, (5) Knowledge Sharing, (6) Employee Perception and (7) Turnover Intention. In addition, the research team has made recommendations for individuals and schools to study further studies. Based on the research results, several implications are given to the managers to build the realtionship between the variables. Keywords: Inclusive leadership, the effects of inclusive leadership.

Background Leadership is the process of getting others to work voluntarily toward the common objectives of a group or company. The leader's job is to inspire others to reach the established objectives, not to stand in the background and urge subordinates. Nembhard and Edmondson (2006) were the first to introduce the idea of an inclusive leader. "Leader inclusiveness, defined as words and deeds by a leader or leaders that indicate an invitation and appreciation for others' contributions," was their suggested definition (p.
Later, Carmeli el al. (2010) developed the concept of inclusive leadership specifically. "Leaders who exhibit openness, accessibility, and availability in their interactions with followers" (p. 250) is how they defined inclusive leadership.
The significance of how businesses treat their employees has multiplied over the past few decades. Job satisfaction (JS) has been a focus of many studies and has attracted the interest of academics and researchers up to this point. Ever}' workplace considers job satisfaction to be a major aspect that can influence workplace success. Overall objective We determine the factors affecting the job satisfaction, turnover intention and knowledge sharing of university students and employees in Ho Chi Minh City.
The study aims to foster a work environment where organizational justice is prioritized and actively cultivated. Ultimately, the aim is to create a workplace where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated to contribute to the organization's success. Detail objectives Firstly, Organizational justice has the potential to create powerful benefits for organizations and employees alike. These include knowledge sharing, improved job satisfaction, citizenship behaviors, employee perception and turnover intention.
Secondly, We demonstrate the management of organizational justice with some suggestions for building fairness into widely used managerial activities. From there, these policies which we suggest to help organizations and employees to encourage and raise awareness of organizational justice. How does inclusive leadership impact organizational justice among employees in Ho Chi Minh City? 2. How does organizational justice impact employees'job satisfaction in Ho Chi Minh City? 3.
How does organizational justice control the impact on employees' turnover intention in Ho Chi Minh City? 4. How does organizational justice affect knowledge sharing among employees in Ho Chi Minh City? 5. What recommenadations for administrations are made in Ho Chi Minh City to improve employees'job satisfaction? 1. Research subjects This research investigates factors affecting organizational justice, including work engagement on organizational citizen behavior, employee perception, turnover intention, job satisfaction and knowledge sharing.
Research scope Subjects of the survey: People who are currently working or used to work in Ho Chi Minh City Place: The research was conducted in organizations which are located in Ho Chi Minh city. Time: The research was conducted from December 2023 to the end January 2024. Data source Primary data sources are student-collected group responses to survey questions. Research methods This research applies quantitative research methods.
Research gap was identified by reviewing previous published papers from 2018 to present, then propose a new theoretical research model to investigate in this paper.1 Preliminary research The study team used scales inherited from earlier studies to create a preliminary quantitative questionnaire. Formal quantitative research The study team takes a quantitative analytic approach using data from a survey of 402 persons who currently work or have previously worked in Ho Chi Minh City. The group then refilters the data and obtains the official data from 367 standard samples. An observational variable is measured by the group using a 5-point Likert scale.
The survey's raw data is encoded using Excel by the research team, and descriptive statistical analysis is performed using Excel. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software, which included discriminant value - Heterotrait-Monotrait (HTMT) ratio; internal consistency reliability analysis - Cronbach's Alpha; composite reliability analysis - Composite reliability; and average variance extracted (AVE). The coefficients VIF, R2, and f2 are used to confirm the model's fit. The study then tested the hypotheses using the PLS-SEM analytic approach.
Research significance This study paper offers theoretical and practical value to academic institutions, workplaces, and students of theoretical as well as practical significance. In terms of theoretical significance, the study contributes to supplementing the scale, re-testing the results of previous studies on the relationships between 10 variables: Inclusive Leadership, Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Citizen Behavior, Turnover Intention and Employeee Perception to serve the following related research papers. In terms of practical significance, the study aims to: For educational managers, this study can be relied on to come up with measures to promote positive factors, limit negative factors. Also, it will give researchers some essential elements to further explore this area of investigation and develop the models.
Contributing to a positive impact on the perception of managers. From there, it helps manager identify problems, make plans and change to enhance the inclusive leadership, organizational justice, job satisfaction, distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, knowledge sharing, organizational citizen behavior, 12 turnover intention or employeee perception. Especially nowadays, which is very competitive, there will be a great opportunity for managers to grow the companies and attract talented employees for the companies. Structure of the study This study includes three chapters, detail as below: Chapter 1: Research overview.
This chapter show the overview about background of organizational justice. It also presents previous study results and limitation. Based on that, the author introduces the research topic, objective, question and scope, of research for the topic “ the effects of work engagement on organizational citizen behavior, employee perception, turnover intention, job satisfaction and knowledge sharing: the mediating role of organizational justice”. Chapter 2: Literature review.
This chapter introduce related constructs and theories of the mediating role of organizational justice. Additionally, literature reviews of previous research about this topic points out research gap which solved in this study. This chapter introduce hypotheses and proposed research model. Chapter 3: Research methodology.
This chapter shares research steps and method which is used in this study. It also introduces measurement scale and conduct research plan. The chapter assesses the analysis findings and scrutinizes the scale while determining whether the proposed hypotheses receive support or not. Chapter 5: Conclusion and Recommendations.
The chapter explores the potential implications derived from the research findings and suggests practical recommendations tailored for both universities and start-up organizations. Furthermore, it addresses the limitations inherent in the current study and offers insights on how to address these shortcomings to guide future research endeavors. 13 CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW 2. Introduction The purpose of Chapter 2 is to present the research paper's theoretical framework.
Hypotheses concerning the connections between the model's ideas are developed alongside the research model. There are three primary sections in this chapter: (1) an summary of prior research, descriptions of constructs (2) foundation theories, (3) synthesis of studies related to factors and (4) a research hypothesis and suggested research approach. Summary of prior research Prior research has examined employee behavior from several angles, such as work satisfaction, job dedication, and desire to leave the company. The author of this study worked hard to review the literature in order to bring together different findings and show how organizational justice and certain factors are related.
According to study by Nurdin et al. (2020), work satisfaction and organizational justice are positively correlated in the context of human resources. The results show that emotional intelligence significantly influences performance and that it also significantly influences job satisfaction and a caring work environment. Additionally, a caring environment and professional happiness are two other ways that emotional intelligence indirectly affects performance.
