In Viet Nam, it brings big income source from the export. However, the way conventional sterilization are preservation are not clean and green dua to using chemical method.
Therefore vegetables sterilized with chemical methods can not keep long time, negotive effect to our heath and special can not export. Want to contribute to protecting people‟s health and meet export requirements.We research and show the best way to technology, economy environment and morality. This applies a cold plasma technology to sterilized vegetables. In this study, the green technology, plasma atmosphere pressure was used to sterilized vegetables.
That is the foundation for our bachelor thesis: „Design and manufacturing a machine vegetables sterilized using cold plasma technology”. System‟s model includes: Mixing, plasma processing and washing. In this thesis, the content of this paper includes 5 chapters. At the first, chapter 1 introduce methods currently processed vegetables and why we need a new approach.
Besides, chapter 2 introduction overview of the plasma technology and process development. Next, chapter 3 is theory foundation of plasma technology and ozone. Chapter 4 analyses and find the best solution. Chapter 5 calculation and design of the mixing system, plasma circuit and wash structural.
