With the rapid development of Internet technology, selling products through internet applications has become increasingly popular. Consequently, many stores and partners have focused on creating management applications and establishing stores using high-tech applications, achieving significant success.
Managing a store through a management application helps reduce costs and time while providing convenience for users, including both sellers and buyers. Building an application for conducting business transactions is no longer a difficult task in this modern era. In an age where innovation and speed are key, management applications have emerged as a powerful resource, connecting space and time to turn business ideas into online realities. For our final project and course, our group has chosen the topic "Shop Management using App Sheet" and we sincerely thank Mr.

Simultaneously, the widespread use of online applications and services is opening new opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to enhance efficiency and grow their operations. In this context, this project aims to apply information technology to store management by developing a management application based on Google Sheets. - In this project, our group will delve into the application of the AppSheet mobile app development platform to build a comprehensive management system for a café. By leveraging the power of App Sheet, we can create custom applications flexibly and efficiently, from managing the menu to handling orders and interacting with customers.2 Reason for Choosing the Topic - The main objective of this project is to design, develop, and deploy a store management application using Google Sheets, providing a flexible and efficient solution for small and medium-sized stores.
The application will focus on managing product information, orders, and 11 revenue, helping to optimize management processes and improve work productivity. - The project will focus on developing a simple and user-friendly application, capable of integrating with Google Sheets to manage the key aspects of store operations. Basic features will include product list management, order management, and automated revenue reporting. The application will be designed to be scalable and customizable to meet the specific needs of individual stores.
- Implementing a store management application using Google Sheets offers numerous benefits for businesses, from optimizing workflows to enhancing real-time management and business adjustments. AppSheet is a powerful low-code/no-code tool that allows users to create custom mobile applications without needing complex programming knowledge. Additionally, using a widely adopted platform like Google Sheets helps minimize investment costs and increases technology accessibility for small and medium-sized stores. - Currently, about 80% of stores and brands are using smart payment applications to promote progress and increase sales process efficiency, as well as to manage their market and stores in a systematic and statistical manner.
Unlike previous decades, where payments were mostly handled manually or verbally, we can now effectively apply these technological applications to the market. Giải pháp: + Hệ thống mã vạch và QR code: Sử dụng hệ thống mã v ạch hoặc QR code để theo dõi từng sản phẩm trong kho. Mỗi khi nh ập hàng hoặc bán hàng, nhân viên có thể quét mã đ ể cập nhật s ố lượng hàng tồn kho tự động. + Phần mềm quản lý t ồn kho: Sử dụng phần mềm quản lý tồn kho tích hợp, cho phép theo dõi số lượng, ngày nhập hàng và h ạn s ử dụng của từng sản phẩm.
