I. Tổng quan về nghiên cứu so sánh hàm ngôn trong báo điện tử chính trị

Nghiên cứu so sánh hàm ngôn trong các bài báo điện tử chính trị về tranh chấp biển đảo Việt Nam - Trung Quốc là một lĩnh vực quan trọng trong ngôn ngữ học và chính trị học. Việc phân tích hàm ngôn giúp hiểu rõ hơn về cách thức truyền tải thông điệp và ý nghĩa trong các bài viết chính trị. Các bài báo này không chỉ phản ánh sự kiện mà còn thể hiện quan điểm và chiến lược ngôn ngữ của các tác giả. Nghiên cứu này sẽ tập trung vào việc phân tích các hàm ngôn được sử dụng trong các bài báo điện tử tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt, từ đó rút ra những điểm tương đồng và khác biệt trong cách thức thể hiện.

1.1. Định nghĩa hàm ngôn và vai trò trong ngôn ngữ chính trị

Hàm ngôn là một khái niệm quan trọng trong ngôn ngữ học, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực chính trị. Nó đề cập đến những ý nghĩa không được nói ra một cách trực tiếp nhưng có thể được suy luận từ ngữ cảnh. Trong các bài báo chính trị, hàm ngôn giúp tác giả truyền tải thông điệp một cách tinh tế và hiệu quả hơn.

1.2. Tầm quan trọng của nghiên cứu tranh chấp biển đảo Việt Nam Trung Quốc

Tranh chấp biển đảo giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc là một vấn đề nhạy cảm và phức tạp, thu hút sự chú ý của cả trong nước và quốc tế. Nghiên cứu này không chỉ giúp làm rõ các quan điểm chính trị mà còn cung cấp cái nhìn sâu sắc về cách thức mà ngôn ngữ được sử dụng để định hình nhận thức và thái độ của công chúng.

II. Vấn đề và thách thức trong nghiên cứu hàm ngôn chính trị

Nghiên cứu hàm ngôn trong các bài báo điện tử chính trị gặp phải nhiều thách thức. Một trong những vấn đề lớn nhất là sự khác biệt về ngôn ngữ và văn hóa giữa các tác giả và độc giả. Điều này có thể dẫn đến sự hiểu lầm hoặc diễn giải sai ý nghĩa của các hàm ngôn. Hơn nữa, việc phân tích hàm ngôn đòi hỏi một kiến thức sâu rộng về ngữ cảnh chính trị và xã hội, điều này có thể gây khó khăn cho các nhà nghiên cứu.

2.1. Khó khăn trong việc xác định hàm ngôn

Việc xác định hàm ngôn trong các bài báo chính trị không phải lúc nào cũng dễ dàng. Các tác giả thường sử dụng các biện pháp ngôn ngữ tinh vi để truyền tải thông điệp, điều này có thể khiến cho việc phân tích trở nên phức tạp.

2.2. Ảnh hưởng của ngữ cảnh đến hàm ngôn

Ngữ cảnh chính trị và xã hội có thể ảnh hưởng lớn đến cách thức mà hàm ngôn được sử dụng và hiểu. Các nhà nghiên cứu cần phải xem xét kỹ lưỡng các yếu tố này để có thể đưa ra những phân tích chính xác.

III. Phương pháp nghiên cứu hàm ngôn trong bài báo điện tử

Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phương pháp phân tích nội dung để khảo sát các bài báo điện tử về tranh chấp biển đảo. Phương pháp này cho phép phân tích sâu sắc các hàm ngôn và cách thức mà chúng được sử dụng trong các bài viết. Bên cạnh đó, việc so sánh giữa các bài báo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt cũng sẽ được thực hiện để tìm ra những điểm tương đồng và khác biệt.

3.1. Phân tích nội dung các bài báo

Phân tích nội dung là một phương pháp hiệu quả để nghiên cứu hàm ngôn. Nó cho phép các nhà nghiên cứu xem xét các yếu tố ngôn ngữ, cấu trúc và ngữ nghĩa trong các bài báo, từ đó rút ra những kết luận về cách thức mà hàm ngôn được sử dụng.

3.2. So sánh giữa các ngôn ngữ

Việc so sánh giữa các bài báo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt sẽ giúp làm rõ những khác biệt trong cách thức sử dụng hàm ngôn. Điều này không chỉ giúp hiểu rõ hơn về ngôn ngữ mà còn về cách thức mà các nền văn hóa khác nhau tiếp cận vấn đề chính trị.

IV. Kết quả nghiên cứu và ứng dụng thực tiễn

Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng cả hai loại bài báo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt đều sử dụng hàm ngôn một cách sáng tạo để truyền tải thông điệp. Sự vi phạm các quy tắc hàm ngôn diễn ra phổ biến, đặc biệt là quy tắc chất lượng. Điều này cho thấy rằng ngôn ngữ chính trị có ảnh hưởng sâu sắc đến cách thức mà thông tin được truyền tải và tiếp nhận.

4.1. Những phát hiện chính từ nghiên cứu

Nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng các bài báo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt có nhiều điểm tương đồng trong việc sử dụng hàm ngôn. Tuy nhiên, cũng có những khác biệt rõ rệt trong cách thức thể hiện và truyền tải thông điệp.

4.2. Ứng dụng của nghiên cứu trong thực tiễn

Kết quả nghiên cứu có thể được áp dụng trong việc đào tạo các nhà báo và nhà nghiên cứu về cách thức sử dụng hàm ngôn trong viết báo. Điều này sẽ giúp nâng cao chất lượng thông tin và khả năng truyền tải thông điệp trong các bài viết chính trị.

V. Kết luận và triển vọng tương lai của nghiên cứu

Nghiên cứu so sánh hàm ngôn trong các bài báo điện tử chính trị về tranh chấp biển đảo Việt Nam - Trung Quốc mở ra nhiều hướng nghiên cứu mới. Việc hiểu rõ hơn về hàm ngôn không chỉ giúp nâng cao chất lượng bài viết mà còn góp phần vào việc xây dựng một nền báo chí chính trị có trách nhiệm và hiệu quả hơn.

Nowadays, the political events of the global countries have been updated almost immediately by the assistance of internet. Electronic newspapers play a very important role and grab much power in the modern life. In the world recently, the political movements in Asia especially between Vietnam and China island disputes have wasted the inks and papers of worldwide newspapers. The study was conducted to compare the use maxim violation to generate conversational implicature of English and Vietnamese electronic newspapers on the coverage hottest events on Vietnam - China island disputes in the period from 2011 to 2015. The analysis includes examining the methods of generating implicature which consists of violating four conversational maxims based on Relevance Theory of Grice. Based on the findings, it is concluded that both English and Vietnamese newspapers showed their creativity in using different devices to violate the maxims to generate conversational implicatures. In addition, the two types of newspapers share a lot of similarities. Specially, the quality maxim is violated the most frequency among four maxims. Besides, the study assumes that the language of politics and journalism affect deeply on the applying of maxim violation to generate conversational implicatures. Rationale of the study Nowadays, online newspapers have indisputably become one of the most useful and convenient source of information. Along with the spread of internet, online news is increasingly popular due to the availability and convenience they provide. With internet and computer, the readers have a chance to get a great deal of diverse online newspapers. Political news is always the hot area of information that attracts readers‟ attention. Due to the fact that news are posted and updated simultaneously to assure the accurate of the news, especially the news related to politics. Such news need to express the truth. They are also governed by the state power for the political purposes. Therefore, the writers have to use some kinds of pragmatic devices that implicatures are the most common one. To reach to the understanding between the writer and the receivers or readers, using implicatures as a useful linguistic resource is a useful way. Realizing the importance and significant of implicatures in newspaper article, this study is carried out to investigate the use of implicature in transferring the information to in the language of Vietnamese and English newspaper articles. Aims of the study The study deals with the exploitation of conversational implicatures in the Vietnamese and English political newspaper articles. Scope of the study The study focuses on analyzing political articles in the press, not on television or radio or any other media. The Vietnam-China island disputes lasted from a long time before. However, due to the limit of time, this research is only concerned with the main events in the time from 2011 to 2014. The newspapers selected are doisongphapluat.com and three other English popular and reputed ones - cnn.com and bbc. Those newspapers are chosen for the reason that they update and announce the official information from the government. Moreover, they are the voice of the national law with high reliability and accuracy. Therefore, the data collected are reliable to all readers. Methods of the study The study is an attempt to carry out an analysis of English and Vietnamese newspaper articles on some of the most important events of Vietnam-China island disputes in terms of implicatures. The research applies the theory of implicatures and cooperative principle which are proposed by Grice to identify the forming process of conversational implicatures. The study used descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis as the research design. One can undertake qualitative in a natural phenomena where the writer works as the primary instrument of data collection that compiles words, analyzes then inductively, concerns with the meaning of participants, and describes an expressive language processes (Creswell, 1998). In this case, the writer collected the whole data related to sentences in electronic newspaper articles. For a further description of the methods of the study, see chapter 3. Organization of the study This study consists of three main parts: Introduction, Development and Conclusion. Part A: Introduction presents the rationale, scope, aims and methods of the study Part B: Development: in this part, three chapters are present. Chapter 1: Literature Review deals with the theoretical framework relevant to the topic. Chapter 2: Methods and Procedure gives detailed description of data collection method and analysis procedure. Chapter 3: Results and Discussion of the results constitutes the main part of the study.
