Chiến lược kinh doanh là yếu tố quyết định sự phát triển bền vững của Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Quân đội (MIC). Đến năm 2015, việc xây dựng một chiến lược kinh doanh hiệu quả là cần thiết để đối phó với những thách thức từ thị trường bảo hiểm ngày càng cạnh tranh. Chiến lược này không chỉ giúp MIC xác định mục tiêu mà còn tối ưu hóa nguồn lực và nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh.

1.1. Khái niệm và vai trò của chiến lược kinh doanh

Chiến lược kinh doanh là tổng thể các kế hoạch dài hạn nhằm đạt được mục tiêu phát triển. Nó giúp doanh nghiệp xác định hướng đi và tối ưu hóa nguồn lực. Theo nghiên cứu, một chiến lược rõ ràng sẽ tạo ra lợi thế cạnh tranh bền vững.

1.2. Tầm quan trọng của việc xây dựng chiến lược cho MIC

Khách hàng ngày càng đòi hỏi nhiều hơn về chất lượng dịch vụ và sản phẩm bảo hiểm. MIC cần phải nghiên cứu và phát triển các sản phẩm mới để đáp ứng nhu cầu này.

III. Phương pháp xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh cho MIC đến năm 2015

Để xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh hiệu quả, MIC cần áp dụng các phương pháp phân tích chiến lược như SWOT và PESTE. Những công cụ này sẽ giúp công ty đánh giá được môi trường kinh doanh và xác định các cơ hội cũng như thách thức.

3.1. Phân tích SWOT cho MIC
