To collect the data for analysis, two instruments have been used: the questionnaire and classroom observations.
‘Ihe fmdings show that there are fourteen problems that cause difficulties to the students of class 1HD2. The problems have been classified into four categories, namely (1) problems related to the boltom-up processing, (11) problems related to top-down processing, (iii) problems related to materials and listening tasks, and (iv) other problems.
