Necessity of the research Project Vietnam's economy is enjoying a deep integration with the regional economy and the world, the business environment of the extended enterprise, but the competition is becoming tougher.
This has created new business opportunities and to contain the potential danger threatening the development of enterprises. The development, survival or decline of a business depends greatQSPMly on the strategies have been implemented, including business strategy plays a crucial role. In fact, not the same field of business activity, coupled to an object oriented customer service has a similar strategy. Every business has always build their own personal strategies, to create distinct advantage in the competitive process, thereby developing their activities.
In recent years in Vietnam, Real Estate is an area with strong growth in quality and quantity. The huge profits from this sector offers have attracted a large number of companies involved, and this number is constantly increasing. Therefore, the characteristics of the industry such as product life cycle prolonged duration of long products, greatQSPMly influenced by the policies, institutions and state law ., the construction of a long-term business strategy is a work of extreme necessity, to help the real estate company can maintain its activities and welcomed the new development opportunities. Founded in 2003 from Lac Hong investment Joint stock company has made certain achievements in the construction, Lac Hong investment Joint stock company is currently the host of many important projects of the urban area of Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
In recent years, thanks to the proper strategy, the company has been continuously growing and increasingly asserted its position on the property 9 market in Vietnam. However, in the increasingly fierce competition, before the integration trend, mutual annexation of the Real Estate business, it needs to build a new business strategy to suit the times. This is not easy work, requiring vision macro nature but requires to be considered in detail and the most specific. Project "DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS STRATEGIES ON HOUSES IN URBAN AREAS FOR LAC HONG INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY FOR THE PERIOD OF 2012-2017 " was made based on the inheritance of the results of the business strategy has been implemented in the previous period while making adjustments and more details to suit the circumstances and the actual conditions.
During the implementation of the thesisthe project, the author tried to apply the knowledge learned in the Master's program in business administration, combined with practical knowledge on the industry to develop business strategies most effective investment Joint stock Lac Hong company. Research Objectives The overall objective of this project is to apply strategic theories and business administration strategies in reality of the Joint Stock Lac Hong Company for development and implementation of an appropriate business strategy for the period of 2012-2017.The objectives are covered through the theory of strategic issues and management strategies for practical application of the company to build and implementation of appropriate business strategy of period 2012-2017. Specific objectives of the thesisthe project are: To systematize theories and practice of business strategies - To learn the process for implementing the business strategy of the enterprise; - To provide feasible solutions and business strategies for the period of 2012- 2017 - To provide conclusion and to make recommendations for the most effective implementation of the selected business strategy - System of a theoretical basis and practical business strategy 10 - Learn the process for implementing the bussiness strategy of the enterprise; - To assess the effectiveness of the strategy that the company has taken to detect strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for the company. Since then, propose solutions and feasible strategy for the period 2012 to 2017. - Given the conclusions and recommendations are most effective strategy chosen. Reseach Objects and methodology The research object of the project is the Lac Hong investment Joint stock Company, especially the analysis and evaluation of business operations that are implemented at the company, and then we will propose a suitable strategy in line with the business development objective of the company. For development of the most effective business strategy, the authors have combined both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Focusing on researching, setting up business strategy of Lac Hong investment Joint stock company, especially the analysis and evaluation of business operations are underway at the company, which proposed the strategy in line with the objectives of business development. The methods of qualitative, data analysis, statistics, and comparison to evaluate the actual situation and bring out complete solutions. Qualitative research methods are applied mainly literature reviewliterature methods. The author tried to collect the available internal documents and external documents relating to the subject practice for the analysis and assessment are given a basis for comparison, examination of the wider.
Also authors also approach specialists, 11 consult consultants who have many years experience in strategic planning and business enterprises for the evaluation factors and giving the most appropriate solution. In addition, to reduce the emotional factors when making personal comments or reviews, theses authors of the project have used direct questionnaires on 300 samples, including individuals, any company or companies’ partners, long –term officers and employees of companies.
