Continuous advancements in science and technology, along with improvements in international laws and reduction of trade barriers, have opened up significant opportunities for countries globally, particularly Vietnam, to access the global market. Participation in international trade organizations such as WTO, ASEAN, IMF, and engagement in multilateral trade agreements such as CPTPP, AFTA, ACFTA mark significant strides in Vietnam's economic integration into the world (TTWTO VCCI, 2023). Export-import companies in Vietnam are facing complex challenges in competing in a diverse market of goods.

In the context of economic globalization, the textile and garment industry plays a crucial role in the global supply chain. According to Quynh (2024), Vietnam is known as the world's third-largest exporter of textiles and garments, following China and Bangladesh. In 2023, the slow recovery of the world economies due to political tensions, high inflation, and financial market instability has led to a decline in global purchasing power. This has impacted the total export turnover of the textile and garment industry, decreasing by over 9% compared to 2022, reaching $40.

However, amidst the prospects of global economic recovery and positive forecasts for Vietnam's economy, the textile and garment industry has set a target to increase its export turnover to $44 billion USD in 2024, a 9. According to the statistics of the General Statistics Office, in the first two months of the year 2024, the textile and garment group achieved $5.2 billion USD in exports, a 15% increase compared to the same period last year, ranking fourth among the highest export turnover product groups nationwide. Considering the global economic landscape and the challenges confronting export-import companies in Vietnam, it's evident that The Blues One Member Company Limited's operations are directly influenced. The fluctuating trends in global trade, particularly in the textile and garment industry, directly impact the company's export activities.

Recognizing the significance of addressing these challenges to maintain 1 competitiveness and sustain growth, it becomes imperative to thoroughly examine and improve crucial processes within the company. Furthermore, within the context of The Blues One Member Company Limited, the export activity of LCL garment products stands as one of the core business operations, consistently generating a steady income for the company. Specifically, the method of delivering exported LCL goods not only provides stability and reliability in transportation but also facilitates the transportation of quantities of garment products at favorable costs and effective access to distant markets. However, during my internship at The Blues, I found that there are many issues impacting on the LCL delivery process such as delayed shipments, complicated required documents, and information inaccuracies.

With a keen desire to refine this process and address its challenges to ensure improved efficiency and buyer satisfaction, I have chosen the topic "The process of delivering LCL garment products exported by sea at The Blues One Member Company Limited" for my graduation report. The goal of this report is to find ways to overcome shortcomings and improve the process of delivering LCL goods to enhance the company's competitiveness in the garment industry. The accuracy and efficiency of this process not only helps the company maintain trust from international partners but also creates a huge competitive advantage in today's business context. Roles of export Economic Growth Promotion Export plays a crucial role not only in increasing national income and improving livelihoods but also in driving economic growth. Moreover, export growth has significantly impacted national income, with the trade surplus in goods and services contributing 19.16% to Vietnam's GDP in the first quarter of 2024. Moreover, the export turnover of goods has seen a substantial increase, reaching USD 34.01 billion in March 2024, and is projected to reach USD 93.06 billion in the first quarter of 2024, creating new opportunities and boosting economic growth (Tho, 2024). Job Creation Exporting not only increases national income but also creates many job opportunities for workers.5 million Vietnamese workers are involved in export-related work as of September 2023, accounting for about 30% of the total workforce in Vietnam's economy (Nguyen, 2023).
