To design the system, the team first researched the warehouse systems being used and found out the advantages and disadvantages of those systems including storage time, the system could store a product for How long does it take? What is the area of the machine? From a theoretical basis, the team designed a separate process for the system to overcome some of the disadvantages of current systems from how to operate, to control and monitor equipment in the system. Then, the team constructed and programmed the system including using stepper motor control to control the speed and position of the lead screw and belt, HMI monitored the system during operation and displayed warnings when the device if the system fails, the camera is mounted on a horizontal axis of the system used to identify product codes.
The system has a web server so users can remotely monitor. XII GRADUTAION THESIS 1.1 Problem statement According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2021, total import- export turnover reached a record of 668.5 billion USD, an increase of 22.6% compared to the previous year, bringing Vietnam into the group of 20 leading economies in terms of trade. international trade; of which exports increased by 19%, imports increased by 26. The average export growth over the past 35 years has reached over 20%/year, among the highest in the world.
