I. Giới thiệu

Bài viết này tập trung vào việc đánh giá hệ thống xử lý nước thải tại nhà máy nội thất Hòa Phát, nằm trong KCN Phố Nối, tỉnh Hưng Yên. Nhà máy này là một trong những cơ sở sản xuất lớn nhất trong khu vực, chủ yếu hoạt động trong lĩnh vực công nghệ điện phân. Nước thải từ quá trình này chứa nhiều kim loại nặng như Cr, Ni, Zn, và Cu, gây ra ô nhiễm nghiêm trọng cho môi trường. Mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu là đánh giá quy trình sản xuất và công nghệ liên quan đến các dòng nước thải, chất lượng nước thải trước và sau khi xử lý, cũng như hiệu quả của hệ thống xử lý nước thải.

1.1. Tình trạng ô nhiễm môi trường

Ô nhiễm từ nước thải công nghiệp, đặc biệt là từ ngành điện phân, đã trở thành một vấn đề nghiêm trọng tại Việt Nam. Nước thải từ nhà máy nội thất Hòa Phát đã làm thay đổi pH và chứa nhiều ion kim loại nặng, ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe con người và hệ sinh thái. Theo báo cáo, các chỉ số như pH, Cr6+, Ni, và COD đều vượt quá tiêu chuẩn cho phép, cho thấy sự cần thiết phải cải thiện hệ thống xử lý nước thải.

II. Đánh giá hệ thống xử lý nước thải

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải tại nhà máy nội thất Hòa Phát được thiết kế để xử lý nước thải từ quy trình điện phân. Hệ thống này đã được lắp đặt và vận hành từ năm 2008 với công suất 10m3/h. Tuy nhiên, với sự gia tăng sản xuất, công suất này không còn đủ để đáp ứng nhu cầu. Nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng, sau khi xử lý, tất cả các chỉ số của nước thải đều đạt tiêu chuẩn của QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. Điều này cho thấy hiệu quả của công nghệ xử lý hiện tại, nhưng cũng cần có những cải tiến để nâng cao công suất và hiệu quả xử lý.

2.1. Công nghệ xử lý nước thải

Công nghệ xử lý nước thải tại nhà máy nội thất Hòa Phát bao gồm nhiều phương pháp khác nhau, từ lắng đọng hóa học đến xử lý sinh học. Các chỉ số như Cr6+, Ni, và COD được theo dõi thường xuyên để đảm bảo rằng nước thải sau xử lý không gây hại cho môi trường. Việc áp dụng công nghệ xanh trong xử lý nước thải không chỉ giúp bảo vệ môi trường mà còn nâng cao hình ảnh của công ty trong mắt cộng đồng.

III. Kết luận và khuyến nghị

Nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng hệ thống xử lý nước thải tại nhà máy nội thất Hòa Phát có khả năng xử lý hiệu quả các chỉ số ô nhiễm. Tuy nhiên, để đảm bảo tính bền vững và bảo vệ môi trường, cần có những cải tiến trong công nghệ xử lý. Khuyến nghị bao gồm việc nâng cấp hệ thống xử lý hiện tại, áp dụng các công nghệ mới và tăng cường giám sát chất lượng nước thải. Điều này không chỉ giúp giảm thiểu tác động đến môi trường mà còn đảm bảo sức khỏe cho cộng đồng xung quanh.

3.1. Tác động môi trường

Việc cải thiện hệ thống xử lý nước thải sẽ có tác động tích cực đến môi trường xung quanh. Giảm thiểu ô nhiễm từ nhà máy nội thất Hòa Phát sẽ góp phần bảo vệ sức khỏe cộng đồng và duy trì sự phát triển bền vững cho khu vực. Cần có sự phối hợp giữa các cơ quan chức năng và doanh nghiệp để thực hiện các biện pháp bảo vệ môi trường hiệu quả.

Nguyen Thi Bich Abstract: Hoa Phat Furniture Factory is one of the biggest factories in Pho Noi A Industrial Zone-Hung Yen province. The major field production of Hoa Phat Furniture factory is the electroplating industry. Electroplating technology has a very important contribution to the industry. However, waste water from the electroplating process is a very worrying problem by changing the pH from low to high levels, especially containing heavy metal ions (Cr, Ni, Zn, and Cu) causing serious pollution on the ecological environment, seriously affecting human health.

The main goals of the study were: (1) to assess the manufacturing processes and the manufacturing technology related to the wastewater streams of Hoa Phat Furniture Factory;(2) to assess the wastewater quality and characteristics of each wastewater stream before and after treatment by the wastewater treatment system and (3) to assess the treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment system - Hoa Phat Furniture Factory. Wastewater sampling were collected from 04 different sources before treatment and 01 final source after iii treatment with frequency 1 time/month. The indicators in wastewater were analysis: pH, TSS, Cr6+, Cr3+, Ni, COD, NH4+, total mineral oil from the electroplating manufacturing process. There are drastic variations for pH (2.2), hexavalent Chromium (91÷389 mg/l), trivalent Chromium (117÷139 mg/l), COD (35÷750 mg/l), Nickel (1÷46 mg/l), Fe (30÷32 mg/l) level at different sampling time and different sources.

Water parameters were higher than the standard of column A of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT for industrial wastewater quality many times. Viet Sing Environmental Joint Stock Company has been installing and designing this wastewater treatment system for wastewater from electroplating manufacturing process of Hoa Phat Furniture Factory. After being treated by the wastewater treatment system, all indicators of electroplating wastewater meet the demand of standard of column A of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT for industrial wastewater quality. Ration ability of the study Nowadays, environmental protection has become a very urgent problem of all countries in the world because it relates to the survival issue of humanity. Vietnam is no exception to that trend.

Viet Nam industrialization is growing very fast. Electroplating technology has a very important contribution to the industry. Electroplating applications in the manufacturing industry are very wide, such as in the field of production of consumer goods, mechanical engineering industry, motorcycle parts manufacturing, and automobile. However, waste water from the electroplating process is a very worrying problem by changing the pH from low to high levels, and especially containing heavy metal ions (TSS, TDS, Cr6+, Cr3+, Ni, COD, BOD, NH4+) causing serious pollution to the ecological environment, seriously affecting human health.

Hoa Phat Furniture Factory is one of the biggest factories in Pho Noi A Industrial Zone - Hung Yen province. The major field production of Hoa Phat Furniture Factory is the electroplating industry. Several years ago, the residents in the area suffered from direct factory discharge of wastewater in the locality and that is the reason why soil and water is seriously polluted. Water systems of channels suffered daily yellow wastewater flows while rice and vegetables in the field often lost revenue.

Wastewater treatment systems of this factory was built in 2008, it has a capacity of 10m3/h, whereas 744 by decision of the Ministry of Natural 4 Resources and Environment. However, in the investment plans, at the end 2014, factories will have one more electroplating line and move an electroplating line from Nhu Quynh to the factory. Therefore, Pho Noi factory has: 02 electroplating lines with wastewater rate flow of 720m3/day (equal 30m3/h). The issue of the factory depends on the old wastewater treatment system to improve and complete technology design, enhancing the old system to become the new system with a total capacity of 30m3/h.

To learn about the properties and processing technology, assess the performance and the capacity of wastewater systems in electroplating wastewater, though the most general comments on the system to be able to apply electroplating wastewater treatment systems to Hoa Phat Furniture factory and add personal knowledge, the authors selected topics: “Assessing the electroplating wastewater treatment system of Hoa Phat furniture factory - Pho Noi industrial zone - Hung Yen province” 1. Aims of the study - Investigating and assessing the manufacturing processes and the manufacturing technology related to the wastewater streams of Hoa Phat Furniture Factory. - Identifying and assessing the wastewater quality and characteristics of each wastewater stream from the production process on both before and after treatment by the wastewater treatment system - Hoa Phat Furniture Factory. - Assessing the treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment system - Hoa Phat Furniture Factory.

Limitations The restrictions during the research process include inadequate support devices, equipment and lack of practical experiences. Concept of sources of wastewater Source of wastewater is a source resulting from wastewater and it is a source of environmental pollution. Categories: There are many ways classifying sources of wastewater, according to Hoang Van Hung (2009), sources of wastewater discharged is classified as follows (Hung, 2009).
