Introduction The rapid development of information technology in general and the Internet in particular has brought about many changes in business methods as well as consumer habits. With the Internet, we have done a lot of work faster and at a lower cost than the traditional way. With simple operations on devices connected to the Internet, you will have what you need in no time. Currently, in the context of the economy's opening up, real estate transactions in Vietnam tend to develop strongly.
When implementing a real estate project, selling or renting a house, land, etc., the most difficult thing is how to convey the above information to many customers who have real needs. For customers who want to buy or rent real estate, they want to search for the most suitable real estate, ensuring safety, convenience, and high legality. However, those who have a need for real estate transactions have been facing many difficulties in advertising as well as finding information about real estate. How to search for advertisements and information quickly, reliably, and accurately while saving time working to make real estate more efficient.
More importantly, customers with transaction needs can directly contact the seller, not through an intermediary. This way, the buyer will avoid losing costs to the agency. At the same time, customers can also give feedback on service quality, thereby helping other customers get reference information to make selection decisions for themselves. The idea of the project is to build a real estate website with a diverse ecosystem that integrates with Virtual Reality 360 View In Vietnam, there are many real estate transaction websites and Virtual Reality 360 View has been applied for a long time.
Why do I choose this project? Big real estate corporations like Novaland, sungroup, vingroup, they have created their own ecosystem. Also, there's an entire team building Virtual Reality 360 Video for their own product But what about retail investors? They can join many real estate transaction websites but who will help them create the Virtual Reality 360 Videos. They have to find a 3rd party to create them. Grasping this inconvenience, I created a large-scale real estate ecosystem.
