In the current trend of economic integration, along with effective business strategies is an organizational structure suitable for the business model and available resources of the company. Here, I emphasize the crucial role of human resources in the organization. Technological advances are constantly changing, and humans are the most important factor in grasping these technologies. Over the years, FPT Software Limited Liability Company in Ho Chi Minh City (referred to as FSOFT) has continuously sought, screened, and recruited generations of employees with a spirit of continuous learning, effort, and experience accumulation, leading FSOFT in particular and the FPT Corporation in general from one success to another.
Recognizing the importance of human resource management and recruitment activities, along with the desire to gain a deeper understanding of these issues, I decided to choose the topic "Human Resources Recruitment Activities At FPT Ho Chi Minh Software Limited Liability Company" for my graduation thesis. 1 Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education where practical values are highly appreciated alongside theory, has provided me with valuable knowledge to have the opportunity to access and intern at FSOFT Ho Chi Minh City, where I gained direction and skills to work in a professional environment.
