c1 11 HH TH HH ng ệp 146 13 ABSTRACT In today's modern life, there are many websites and applications created for the purpose of asset management. Asset management aims to reduce the risk of managing them. There are many different approaches to asset management, but they all have the same goal of minimizing the risk of assets; Asset managers strive to identify and minimize risks that could damage or destroy assets. In addition, asset management helps improve asset efficiency by identifying and eliminating unnecessary waste of time and money.
For better asset management, this thesis offers a solution: A property management website system and mobile application for asset information scanning. For the website, we choose React for the front end because it is a powerful framework that allows developers to create websites quickly and powerfully. For mobile apps, we choose Flutter, a UI framework used to create high-quality interfaces on iOS and Android in a short period of time. Problem statement Typically, university property managers will put asset information labels on properties to control the number of properties available and identify the asset information.
Pasting information for such management may be subject to misinformation. Obviously, when we want to edit the information of an asset, we have to search for that property and correct that information, and it takes us a lot of time to manage it. Thus, the asset management system was born. By managing assets through the website, the system also has QR Code scanning software developed for the purpose of scanning the QR Code affixed to each asset.
In addition, you can also consider the convenient features that a property management system offers: Property tracking: The system should be able to track the location and status of assets. Property maintenance: The system should be able to track asset maintenance schedules and costs. Property reporting: The system should be able to generate reports on asset usage, condition, and maintenance. Reduced costs: The system can help to reduce costs by eliminating the need for manual data entry and by providing insights into asset usage.
By incorporating these features into the property management system, The system can help save time and costs in property management. Current status The property management application is developed based on a practical necessity. We have researched and focused on the current method of wealth management in universities today. By testing and comparing so we can come up 15 with the most optimal solution and improve it, this analysis of the current state provides actual and potential value for future application development.
In addition, understanding the current status quo is essential in the development of the system phases as well as in the analysis and development of the system. To survey the current status. We have focused on the existing platforms in the world. We find out how popular the app is in the world.
Besides, this research helps us understand the user needs to make the most optimal recommendations in application analysis and design. According to Data Bridge Market Research analysis, the asset management software market valued at $567.78 million in 2021 is expected to reach a value of $720.25 million by 2029, ata CAGR of 7.00 % during the forecast period.
