However, 20-liter water bottles are inconveniences because of heavy and expensive.5-liter water bottles, 1.5-liter water bottle and 20-liter water bottles are small and inconveniences.5-liter water bottle is very useful for them. However, to provide a product such as a 7.5-liter water bottle is difficult because need to build a store, this consuming too much money and space.To solve above problems, a 7.5-liter drinking water bottle vending machine for industrial zone is designed and developed. To come up with a suitable system, six principles were given: put water bottles in vertical columns, arrange the water bottle on the parallel troughs, arrange the water bottle on the zigzag troughs, use conveyors, use rotating discs, use two parallel chains to hang the water bottles and compare with each other on the optional conditions such as aesthetics, area, customer safety, safe for water bottles, reliability, energy used, fabrication, accessories, production costs,etc.The next step, the frame of system were analyzing to check a displacement, stress, strain by used Ansys software.Analyse and calculation for reliability, machine design, motion simulation,… by usedSolidworks software. After calculate and choose with safety, technical conditionsare proceeded.
At the end, a system stable operation is completed. After 10 experiments, the machine operates stable.A set of drawings, a using manual, specifications and reports of the machine also was completed. The operating principle of the mechanism is completely new and can be applied to other vending machines in the future.5-liter drinking water bottle vending machines solved drinking water problems for workers because it helps them reduce costs, time and effort. During the time make Bachelor thesis, we learned how to put the problem, work out solutions, compare, choose and decide.
