Product quality is one factor that enhances the reputation and position of an enterprise in the market; in addition, improving the quality of products also helps the company gain more orders through it. It can help reduce costs and increase company profits in the long run. Especially for multinational corporations in manufacturing, making production output and improving profits is always the top goal that corporations always target. Through studying at school and having the opportunity to become an internship employee at Zeder Viet Nam company.
I have understood the importance of quality control at manufacturing companies, especially those with high product accuracy requirements. So preventing product quality defects right from the raw material is one of the top requirements. Therefore, strict quality control from input materials to finished products is one of the top goals of companies. Managing the quality of input materials for smooth production is always one of the top priorities of the quality management department.
In addition, minimizing the flow of defective materials into direct production is always the top goal of the IQC department. Especially in mechanical manufacturing companies like Zeder Viet Nam with the requirement to assemble the equipment to be accurate. Therefore, controlling input materials must be focused on improving and enhancing. Therefore, I write the topic "Analyzing the quality control at input quality control in zeder viet nam plant.
This study was carried out with the following main purposes: - Define the current reality of input quality control in the Input Quality Team at Zeder Viet Nam. - Identify the root cause of errors in the Input Quality Control Department. 1 - Propose some solutions to improve and improve the efficiency of quality control of input materials at the Input Quality Control department.
