Along with the innovation of the market and the demand of customers requires a lot of changes to find innovative and contemporary solutions.1 Design quality decreases and instability The evaluation of the performance of a design employee is based on the monthly KPI value including 60% of the design progress results and 40% of the quality design results. Design progress is calculated by the job task norm completed on the number of working days in a month, this result also divides the work structure of an employee by 6 skills: consulting - concept design, exterior 3D drawing , 3D furniture, 2D architecture, 2D shopdrawing architecture, 2D shopdrawing furniture.
