I. Tổng quan mô phỏng nhiệt độ và vận tốc dòng khí phòng sạch HCMUTE

Consequently, a greater emphasis is placed on the performance and quality of products brought to market.

To meet these stringent requirements, manufacturing cycles increasingly rely on controlled environments, also known as cleanrooms that can ensure sterile conditions and safeguard the performance of both machinery and products. A cleanroom is an environment where conditions are meticulously controlled. While a typical room may only require temperature and humidity regulation, a cleanroom prioritizes a wider range of parameters, including pressure, air velocity, and flow rate. Furthermore, the concentration of airborne particles is a primary concern.

Globally, cleanrooms are classified by their level of cleanliness based on their intended function, and they must strictly adhere to established standards, most notably the ISO 14644 series. As the name implies, the defining characteristic of a cleanroom is "cleanliness". Therefore, these environments are utilized for processes that demand a specific, validated level of purity. A hospital operating room serves as a prime example.

By designing an appropriate HVAC system that creates positive pressure where the internal pressure is higher than the surrounding environment the ingress of airborne contaminants that could compromise the surgical procedure is effectively prevented. This allows the cleanroom to fulfill its critical mission of maintaining sterility and safety.1 Evaluation Criteria In the analysis and simulation phase of a cleanroom project, establishing performance evaluation criteria is a foundational step to ensure the facility complies with stringent international standards, specifically the ISO 14644 series. We focus on core parameters that are not only measured post-construction but are also analyzed and simulated in detail on a 3D model beforehand. The primary criteria includes:  Pressure Differential: A critical factor in preventing cross-contamination from adjacent areas into the clean environment.

 Temperature and Humidity Fields: Essential for ensuring stability for the manufacturing or research processes within. Simulating these parameters using specialized software (such as CFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics) allows for the accurate prediction of airflow patterns, particle removal 14 efficiency, and heat distribution. This enables the optimization of the HVAC system design before construction begins. The analytical results from the digital model, combined with actual measurement data, form the basis for verifying that the cleanroom not only meets ISO standards but also operates efficiently and stably.2 Assessment standards Establishing and maintaining cleanroom evaluation standards is a core factor in ensuring quality and safety in many manufacturing and research fields that require high purity.

Currently, the ISO EN ISO 14644-1 standard series is widely recognized globally as a system for classifying and evaluating cleanrooms based on airborne particle concentration. This standard specifies different cleanliness classes, from ISO Class 1 (the highest cleanliness level) to ISO Class 9, depending on the maximum allowable number of particles of specific sizes per cubic meter of air. Cleanliness level requirements vary significantly depending on the application: for example, an operating room in a hospital must meet stringent sterility standards to prevent infections; meanwhile, food production facilities need to control microorganisms and contaminants to ensure hygiene and safety. In particular, the semiconductor chip manufacturing industry demands extremely stringent cleanliness levels, often the highest ISO classes, because even microscopic dust particles can cause critical defects, directly impacting the performance and reliability of microcircuits.

Adherence to and regular testing according to these standards help organizations ensure a stable production environment and protect sensitive products and processes.2 Reason of choosing topic In the context of cutting-edge industrialization and modernization, the research and application of cleanroom technology are increasingly becoming contemporary and urgent. Cleanrooms have proven to be an essential element in countless high-tech manufacturing industries, from electronics and pharmaceuticals to food and healthcare, playing an extremely important role in ensuring a controlled environment.
