I. Tổng Quan Về Khả Năng Phiên Dịch Anh Việt Tại TMU

Trong bối cảnh hội nhập toàn cầu, phiên dịch Anh Việt đóng vai trò then chốt, kết nối các nền văn hóa và thúc đẩy hợp tác quốc tế. Sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại (TMU) đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng tăng về kỹ năng phiên dịch. Tuy nhiên, để đạt được hiệu quả phiên dịch cao và tạo ra chất lượng bản dịch tốt, cần phải hiểu rõ các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình này. Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào việc khám phá những yếu tố then chốt tác động đến khả năng phiên dịch Anh Việt của sinh viên TMU, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao năng lực của họ. 1.1. Vai trò của Phiên Dịch Anh Việt trong bối cảnh toàn cầu

Toàn cầu hóa thúc đẩy nhu cầu giao tiếp đa ngôn ngữ, khiến phiên dịch Anh Việt trở thành kỹ năng thiết yếu. Các tổ chức quốc tế, doanh nghiệp đa quốc gia và các sự kiện toàn cầu đều cần đến những người có khả năng phiên dịch thành thạo. Sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh cần nhận thức rõ tầm quan trọng của kỹ năng này và nỗ lực trau dồi để đáp ứng nhu cầu của thị trường lao động. Kỹ năng này không chỉ giúp họ tìm kiếm việc làm tốt hơn mà còn góp phần vào sự phát triển kinh tế và văn hóa của đất nước.

1.2. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu khả năng phiên dịch tại Đại học Thương Mại

Nghiên cứu này hướng đến việc xác định những yếu tố ảnh hưởng chính đến khả năng phiên dịch của sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng tìm hiểu về thái độ, động lực và khó khăn mà sinh viên gặp phải trong quá trình học tập và rèn luyện kỹ năng phiên dịch. Từ đó, đề xuất các giải pháp cụ thể, thiết thực nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả phiên dịch và chất lượng bản dịch của sinh viên. II. Thách Thức Trong Kỹ Năng Phiên Dịch Anh Việt Của Sinh Viên

Mặc dù có tiềm năng lớn, sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại vẫn đối mặt với nhiều thách thức trong quá trình rèn luyện kỹ năng phiên dịch Anh Việt. Những thách thức này có thể xuất phát từ sự khác biệt về ngôn ngữ học đối chiếu, văn hóa Anh Việt, vốn từ vựng tiếng Anh, và ngữ pháp tiếng Anh. Ngoài ra, yếu tố tâm lý sinh viên, áp lực học tập và thiếu kinh nghiệm phiên dịch thực tế cũng có thể ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến khả năng phiên dịch của họ. Theo tài liệu, "... 2.1. Sự khác biệt Văn Hóa Anh Việt và ảnh hưởng đến dịch thuật

Sự khác biệt về văn hóa Anh Việt là một trong những rào cản lớn đối với kỹ năng phiên dịch. Hiểu biết sâu sắc về kiến thức văn hóa của cả hai ngôn ngữ là điều kiện tiên quyết để truyền tải chính xác ý nghĩa và sắc thái của văn bản gốc. Lỗi dịch thuật thường xảy ra do thiếu kiến thức về sự khác biệt văn hóa Anh Việt, dẫn đến hiểu sai và diễn đạt không phù hợp. Do đó, việc trang bị kiến thức văn hóa cho sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh là vô cùng quan trọng.

2.2. Vấn đề về từ vựng tiếng Anh và ngữ pháp tiếng Anh chuyên ngành

Vốn từ vựng tiếng Anh và ngữ pháp tiếng Anh vững chắc là nền tảng của khả năng phiên dịch. Tuy nhiên, phiên dịch chuyên ngành đòi hỏi sinh viên phải nắm vững từ vựng tiếng Anh và cấu trúc ngữ pháp phức tạp trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau. Thiếu hụt về kiến thức chuyên ngành có thể dẫn đến lỗi dịch thuật và giảm chất lượng bản dịch. Việc tăng cường vốn từ vựng tiếng Anh chuyên ngành và rèn luyện kỹ năng sử dụng ngữ pháp tiếng Anh linh hoạt là cần thiết để nâng cao khả năng phiên dịch.

III. Phương Pháp Nâng Cao Khả Năng Phiên Dịch Anh Việt

Để giải quyết những thách thức trên, cần áp dụng các phương pháp giảng dạy và học tập hiệu quả, tập trung vào việc phát triển toàn diện kỹ năng phiên dịch cho sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh. Điều này bao gồm việc sử dụng các chiến lược dịch thuật phù hợp, rèn luyện khả năng xử lý lỗi dịch thuật, và khuyến khích sử dụng công cụ dịch thuật một cách thông minh. Đồng thời, tạo môi trường học tập tích cực, khơi gợi động lực học tập và giảm thiểu áp lực học tập cho sinh viên.

3.1. Áp dụng chiến lược dịch thuật phù hợp với từng ngữ cảnh

Chiến lược dịch thuật đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc đảm bảo chất lượng bản dịch. Sinh viên cần được trang bị kiến thức về các chiến lược dịch thuật khác nhau, như dịch sát nghĩa, dịch tự do, dịch phỏng, dịch thích ứng,... và biết cách lựa chọn chiến lược dịch thuật phù hợp với từng ngữ cảnh cụ thể. Việc luyện tập thường xuyên và phân tích các ví dụ thực tế sẽ giúp sinh viên nâng cao kỹ năng phiên dịch và hiệu quả phiên dịch.

3.2. Rèn luyện kỹ năng xử lý lỗi dịch thuật thường gặp

Lỗi dịch thuật là điều khó tránh khỏi trong quá trình phiên dịch. Sinh viên cần được trang bị kiến thức về các loại lỗi dịch thuật thường gặp, như lỗi ngữ pháp, lỗi từ vựng, lỗi văn phong, lỗi văn hóa,... và biết cách nhận diện, phân tích và sửa chữa lỗi dịch thuật. Việc phân tích các lỗi dịch thuật trong các bài dịch mẫu sẽ giúp sinh viên rút ra kinh nghiệm và tránh mắc phải những lỗi tương tự trong tương lai.

3.3. Tăng cường kinh nghiệm phiên dịch thông qua thực hành

Kinh nghiệm phiên dịch đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc nâng cao khả năng phiên dịch. Việc tham gia vào các hoạt động phiên dịch thực tế, như dịch tài liệu, dịch hội thảo, dịch phim ảnh,... sẽ giúp sinh viên rèn luyện kỹ năng phiên dịch, tích lũy kinh nghiệm phiên dịch, và làm quen với các tình huống phiên dịch khác nhau. Đồng thời, việc nhận phản hồi từ giảng viên và đồng nghiệp sẽ giúp sinh viên nhận ra điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của mình và có hướng cải thiện phù hợp.

IV. Ứng Dụng Công Cụ Dịch Thuật Hỗ Trợ Phiên Dịch Anh Việt

Trong thời đại công nghệ số, sử dụng công cụ dịch thuật là một phần không thể thiếu của phiên dịch chuyên ngành. Các công cụ dịch thuật, như phần mềm CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) và dịch máy, có thể giúp sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tiết kiệm thời gian, nâng cao độ chính xác và cải thiện hiệu quả phiên dịch. Tuy nhiên, cần sử dụng công cụ dịch thuật một cách thông minh và kết hợp với kiến thức chuyên ngành và kinh nghiệm phiên dịch để đảm bảo chất lượng bản dịch.

4.1. Giới thiệu và đánh giá các công cụ dịch thuật phổ biến

Hiện nay có rất nhiều công cụ dịch thuật khác nhau, mỗi công cụ có những ưu điểm và nhược điểm riêng. Sinh viên cần được giới thiệu và hướng dẫn sử dụng các công cụ dịch thuật phổ biến, như Trados Studio, memoQ, Wordfast,... Đồng thời, cần đánh giá khách quan hiệu quả và hạn chế của từng công cụ để lựa chọn công cụ phù hợp với nhu cầu và mục đích sử dụng.

4.2. Sử dụng công cụ dịch thuật một cách hiệu quả và thông minh

Công cụ dịch thuật chỉ là công cụ hỗ trợ, không thể thay thế hoàn toàn con người. Sinh viên cần học cách sử dụng công cụ dịch thuật một cách hiệu quả và thông minh, kết hợp với kiến thức chuyên ngành và kinh nghiệm phiên dịch để đảm bảo chất lượng bản dịch. Không nên lạm dụng dịch máy mà cần kiểm tra và chỉnh sửa kỹ lưỡng để đảm bảo tính chính xác và tự nhiên của bản dịch.

V. Kết Quả Nghiên Cứu Về Khả Năng Phiên Dịch Anh Việt Của Sinh Viên

Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy khả năng phiên dịch Anh Việt của sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại chịu ảnh hưởng bởi nhiều yếu tố, bao gồm từ vựng tiếng Anh, ngữ pháp tiếng Anh, kiến thức chuyên ngành, kinh nghiệm phiên dịch, văn hóa Anh Việt, và tâm lý sinh viên. Nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra rằng việc áp dụng các phương pháp giảng dạy và học tập hiệu quả, kết hợp với sử dụng công cụ dịch thuật thông minh, có thể giúp nâng cao đáng kể khả năng phiên dịch của sinh viên.

5.1. Phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng theo mức độ quan trọng

Nghiên cứu đã xác định và xếp hạng các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến khả năng phiên dịch Anh Việt theo mức độ quan trọng. Từ vựng tiếng Anh và ngữ pháp tiếng Anh được đánh giá là những yếu tố nền tảng, trong khi kinh nghiệm phiên dịch và kiến thức chuyên ngành đóng vai trò quyết định đến chất lượng bản dịch. Văn hóa Anh Việt và tâm lý sinh viên cũng có ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến hiệu quả phiên dịch.

5.2. Đề xuất giải pháp dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu

Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, một số giải pháp đã được đề xuất nhằm nâng cao khả năng phiên dịch Anh Việt của sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại. Các giải pháp này bao gồm việc tăng cường giảng dạy từ vựng tiếng Anh và ngữ pháp tiếng Anh, tích hợp kiến thức chuyên ngành vào chương trình học, tạo cơ hội cho sinh viên tham gia vào các hoạt động phiên dịch thực tế, và cải thiện môi trường học tập để giảm thiểu áp lực học tập.

VI. Kết Luận Nâng Cao Khả Năng Phiên Dịch Cho Sinh Viên TMU

Nghiên cứu này đã cung cấp cái nhìn tổng quan về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến khả năng phiên dịch Anh Việt của sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại. Bằng cách hiểu rõ những yếu tố này và áp dụng các phương pháp giảng dạy và học tập hiệu quả, có thể giúp sinh viên phát triển toàn diện kỹ năng phiên dịch, đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng tăng của thị trường lao động và đóng góp vào sự phát triển kinh tế và văn hóa của đất nước. Cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu và đánh giá khả năng phiên dịch của sinh viên để có những điều chỉnh phù hợp.

6.1. Tóm tắt những điểm chính của nghiên cứu

Nghiên cứu đã tập trung vào việc xác định và phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến khả năng phiên dịch Anh Việt của sinh viên chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Đại học Thương Mại. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng các phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng và định tính để thu thập dữ liệu và phân tích kết quả. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng khả năng phiên dịch của sinh viên chịu ảnh hưởng bởi nhiều yếu tố, bao gồm kiến thức ngôn ngữ, kiến thức văn hóa, kinh nghiệm phiên dịch và các yếu tố tâm lý.

Một hướng nghiên cứu khác là tập trung vào việc phát triển các công cụ dịch thuật mới và cải tiến các công cụ dịch thuật hiện có để hỗ trợ sinh viên trong quá trình học tập và rèn luyện kỹ năng phiên dịch.

There are 100 students who are English majors at Thuong Mai University participating in this study. They have taken an interpreting course and have had experience in taking the interpreting test. Therefore, with the desire to find factors for improving the interpreting ability of students with the enthusiastic help of the participants, the researcher hopes this study will be useful to everyone.

We cannot deny that English is one of the keys which motivated both the economy and society of persons. Although it's not the foremost used language within the world, it's the foremost versatile and popular language. English is considered the official language of about 60 countries around the world. English has been becoming the most popular means of communication among people.

We all know that people can’t live without communication, and English has been miraculously performing its bridging role. In fact, there is no way to express our ideas, feelings, happiness, sadness. The interpreting in the modern world is extremely important because it is the bridge between two parties and even a small mistake can lead to a different meaning in each sentence. This is a profession that has a great influence on the political and cultural harmony between countries.

Therefore, interpreters need to have love for their homeland and absolute loyalty to the lines and policies of all nations and peoples. The importance of interpreting skills is also shown in different aspects in each specific field and job. Interpreting contributes to the global economy. Giant enterprises all have one thing in common: they are heavily dependent on external relations.

Almost every foreign company or foreign association has its own interpreter. Furthermore, many important meetings and events need to be translated into the target language. All require high-quality translators and interpreters. Interpreters have an important role, all foreign negotiations and business need an interpreter.

Interpreting can open up millions of new knowledge. Furthermore, interpreting supports critical thinking and encourages us to listen to what others have to say. However, with a language as complex and in-depth as Vietnamese, English - Vietnamese interpretation still has many great challenges.

Translating and interpreting are not simply the substitution of words from one language to a different, they are the intersection of two different cultures. Therefore, not all learners can avoid making mistakes. Perhaps, due to the difference in culture, mother tongue, or awareness. Vietnam's English faculty students normally and English Majored students at Thuongmai University particularly still make lots of errors within the interpreting process.

In fact, there are quite many students making studies on difficulties or mistakes within the practice of interpretation, but the topic of interpreting practice has not yet been carefully explored. As an English Majored student at Thuongmai University, I can realize the importance of the practice of interpreting and look forward to studying it further. For those reasons, I have decided to choose the study “Research on Factors Affecting English-Vietnamese Interpreting of English Majored Students at Thuongmai University ''. I hope this study will contribute to clarify the factors affecting of learning interpreting ability.

Additionally, it will help to find out solutions to help students of English department at Thuong Mai University improve their learning and practice efficiency, contribute to improving their English interpreting ability to support their future work.1 Previous studies in Viet Nam Globalization has become the most popular trend, and Vietnam is not out of this concept. Global integration means citizens of other countries must have good English proficiency, however, Vietnamese still face various difficulties to meet these needs. I found that almost all Vietnamese students studying English still have problems when interpreting from English to Vietnamese, some of their pronunciations are quite weak. 2 Downloaded by MAI ??I CÁT (maingoc0911.com) Besides, many students are majoring in the English language or majoring in translation and interpretation researched topics in translation - interpreting practice.

However, for the subject of practice interpreting, the number of studies is still quite small. With a particular issue in interpreting ability, I have collected an interesting and practical research paper. Thus, I would like to depend on these studies as reference materials for my graduation paper. The study was conducted by Ms.

Nguyen Thi Bich Hang – a student of the Foreign Language faculty at Danang Architecture University in 2019. Her title study is: “Difficulties in interpreting English for foreign teachers in children's English classes at English for Success center.” The purpose of the study is to find out the difficulties when interpreting for foreign teachers in communication English classes at the English for Success Center. Since then, proposing solutions to overcome those difficulties to make their translation work better as well as advising students who have been and are about to perform this interpretation work. I highly appreciate the research direction of the topic as well as its results and conclusions.

Moreover, I have the study “Factors Affecting English Linguistic Students’ Interpreting Quality” as a reference. This was conducted by Ms. Pham Hong Trang in 2020. The aim of the paper is to examine factors affecting the quality of 82 English linguistic students’ consecutive interpreting at one university in Hanoi.

The survey is designed and analyzed on the basis of “criteria of a good interpreter” (Nguyen Quoc Hung, 2007). This study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results show that the factors are listening skills, speaking skills -speaking reaction, basic and specialized vocabularies, culture of the target language and culture of source language. To different extents, these factors influence students’ interpreting process and their performances.

Besides I also study the topic “A study on difficulties in Vietnamese - English interpreting encountered by English major students at Thuongmai University” of the 3 Downloaded by MAI ??I CÁT (maingoc0911.com) student Nguyen Thi Huyen in 2021. These topics will help me complete my graduation thesis and clarify other issues about English – Vietnamese interpreting. Since then, the results of this study will be really useful for me as well as for the students of the English department of Thuongmai University.2 Previous study abroad In the foreign context, Jackie Xiuyan and Jun Pan did a research on February, 2014. They studied about Learner Factors, Self-perceived Language Ability and Interpreting Learning.
