Trong Java OOP, lớp PhongBan đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc mô hình hóa các đơn vị tổ chức trong một hệ thống. Lớp này thường được sử dụng trong các ứng dụng quản lý nhân sự (Employee Management System Java) hoặc các hệ thống lớn hơn cần phân chia trách nhiệm và quyền hạn rõ ràng. Cấu trúc lớp PhongBan bao gồm các thuộc tính như tên phòng ban, mã phòng ban, danh sách nhân viên, và các phương thức để quản lý nhân viên (thêm, xóa, tìm kiếm).
