I. Tối ưu hóa chi phí linh kiện Mục tiêu then chốt tại Bosch Việt Nam

Trong bối cảnh hội nhập kinh tế toàn cầu, việc tối ưu hóa chi phí sản xuất, đặc biệt là chi phí linh kiện, đóng vai trò sống còn đối với các doanh nghiệp sản xuất như Bosch Việt Nam. Đặc biệt, tại nhà máy Bosch HcP chuyên sản xuất linh kiện Bosch công nghệ cao - dây đai biến thiên vô cấp (CVT), việc đảm bảo nguồn cung linh kiện kịp thời với chi phí hợp lý là yếu tố then chốt để duy trì hoạt động sản xuất hiệu quả, đáp ứng kịp thời nhu cầu thị trường.

1.1. Vai trò của quản lý linh kiện trong tối ưu hóa chi phí

Quản lý linh kiện hiệu quả không chỉ giúp Bosch Việt Nam kiểm soát tốt chi phí linh kiện mà còn tác động trực tiếp đến hiệu quả sản xuất. Việc dự báo nhu cầu, quản lý tồn kho, lựa chọn nhà cung cấp uy tín, và cải tiến quy trình quản lý là những yếu tố quan trọng góp phần tối ưu hóa chi phí và nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất.

1.2. Thực trạng quản lý linh kiện tại Bosch HcP

Bài toán đặt ra cho Bosch HcP là làm sao cải tiến quy trình quản lý để tối ưu hóa chi phí linh kiện mà vẫn đảm bảo cung ứng đủ linh kiện cho quy trình sản xuất liên tục. Việc áp dụng hệ thống quản lý tài nguyên tiên tiến như SAP là một bước tiến lớn. Tuy nhiên, bên cạnh đó, việc nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động của đội ngũ nhân sự quản lý linh kiện, cải thiện quy trình đặt hàng, tiếp nhận và xử lý linh kiện cũng là những khía cạnh cần được Bosch Việt Nam chú trọng.

II. Cải tiến quy trình quản lý Giải pháp tối ưu hóa chi phí linh kiện tại Bosch Việt Nam

Nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của việc tối ưu hóa chi phí linh kiện, Bosch Việt Nam đã và đang không ngừng nỗ lực cải tiến quy trình quản lý. Việc áp dụng các giải pháp công nghệ, kết hợp với nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động của đội ngũ nhân sự là hướng đi đúng đắn, góp phần nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của Bosch Việt Nam trong ngành công nghiệp phụ trợ.

2.1. Ứng dụng công nghệ trong quản lý linh kiện

Bosch Việt Nam có thể nghiên cứu và ứng dụng các giải pháp công nghệ tiên tiến vào quản lý linh kiện, ví dụ như hệ thống quản lý kho tự động (WMS), IoT, Phân tích dữ liệu lớn (Big Data)... giúp tối ưu hóa quy trình, giảm thiểu sai sót, tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí.

2.2. Nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ quản lý

Bên cạnh việc đầu tư công nghệ, Bosch Việt Nam cần chú trọng đào tạo, nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn cho đội ngũ quản lý linh kiện. Việc nắm vững kiến thức về quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, quản lý tồn kho, kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý tình huống là rất cần thiết để đảm bảo hiệu quả sản xuất.

Reason to choose the topic With the orientation of industrialization, modernization and trade agreements that Vietnam has signed, there are countless opportunities as well as attracting many foreign investors to Vietnam. Many multinational corporations open branches with representative offices in Vietnam or invest billions of euros in Vietnam. In which, Bosch Group has built the largest factory of CVT belts (continuously variable transmission) in Long Thanh Industrial Park, Dong Nai with the name HcP (Ho Chi Minh Plant), and another factory is located in Tilburg, Netherlands.

In addition to technology transfer as well as product creation process, in Vietnam, HcP has built the management process by itself due to the positioning of enterprises and the economic environment of Vietnam, HcP. There are always improvements to optimize resources. With technology characteristics, HcP products are undergoing a series of complicated processes as well as many different types of machines are able to produce push belts that meet the standards committed to customers. However, in order to be able to run the machine smoothly, effectively, preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance requires both maintenance engineers, spare parts management teams and stakeholders to cooperate closely, so there are the need of improvements in the management process to meet the right time, sufficient spare parts for machines, make sure to follow the maintenance plan, avoid stopping machines to affect the production plan.

Recognizing the importance of spare parts management which influence the operation of the machines in particular and the efficiency of the whole plant in general, I implemented the topic of internship “Improving the management process to optimize spare part costs at Bosch Vietnam Co. Some objectives in this research General objective: - Evaluation and analysis of processes related to spare parts management. 1 do an - Based on practical observations and knowledge to provide solutions that help limit purchase order late and minimize the amount of spare part lost. Detail objectives: - Systematizing knowledge related to inventory management.

- Synthesizing, analyzing, evaluating factors affecting ordering decisions, managing inventory. - Determining the causes of difficulties in managing spare parts in stock. -Through the actual situation, come up with innovative solutions to minimize the problems that the factory is facing. - Building spare part management apps basically base on Visual Studio 2017 platform.

Research scope Research subjects: - Processes and activities related to managing spare parts at Bosch Vietnam. - Order and return spare part process among of stakeholders.
