I. Tổng quan về website quản lý doanh nghiệp vàng bạc đá quý HCMUTE

Đồ án tốt nghiệp tại Trường Đại học Sư phạm Kỹ thuật TP. Hồ Chí Minh (HCMUTE) về xây dựng website và ứng dụng quản lý doanh nghiệp vàng bạc đá quý là một công trình nghiên cứu thực tiễn cao. Đề tài do hai sinh viên Lê Chí Thông và Trần Minh Quang thực hiện, dưới sự hướng dẫn của TS. Mai Anh Thơ, Khoa Đào tạo Quốc tế. Hệ thống được xây dựng nhằm số hóa toàn bộ quy trình vận hành của một cửa hàng vàng bạc đá quý. Nền tảng công nghệ bao gồm Next.js ở phía client, Node.js và Express.js ở phía server, cùng cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL. Hệ thống hỗ trợ hai nhóm người dùng chính là quản lý và nhân viên. Mỗi nhóm có phân quyền riêng biệt và giao diện chức năng phù hợp. Quản lý có thể theo dõi tài khoản nhân viên, danh mục sản phẩm và lịch sử giao dịch. Nhân viên có thể xử lý đơn hàng, tìm kiếm sản phẩm và cập nhật trạng thái mua bán. Hệ thống tích hợp thanh toán trực tuyến qua VNPay và PayPal. Thông báo nội bộ được tích hợp để đảm bảo luồng thông tin thông suốt. Đây là giải pháp toàn diện cho ngành kinh doanh vàng bạc đá quý tại Việt Nam.

1.1. Bối cảnh và mục tiêu của đồ án HCMUTE

Đồ án được giao ngày 02/09/2024 và nộp ngày 12/12/2024 tại HCMUTE. Mục tiêu chính là xây dựng một ứng dụng web quản lý cửa hàng vàng trực tuyến với các tính năng tiên tiến. Hệ thống phải đáp ứng nhu cầu thực tế của cả quản lý lẫn nhân viên. Nhóm sinh viên hướng đến tạo ra một nền tảng số hóa hoàn chỉnh, có khả năng thay thế các quy trình thủ công truyền thống. Đề tài có tính ứng dụng cao trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số ngành thương mại vàng bạc đang phát triển mạnh tại Việt Nam.

1.2. Nhóm thực hiện và giảng viên hướng dẫn

Đồ án được thực hiện bởi Lê Chí Thông (MSSV: 17110078, lớp 17110CLA1) và Trần Minh Quang (MSSV: 17110067, lớp 17110CLA4), cùng chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Phần mềm. Giảng viên hướng dẫn là TS. Mai Anh Thơ, Khoa Đào tạo Quốc tế, HCMUTE. Sự kết hợp giữa định hướng học thuật của giảng viên và khả năng lập trình thực tiễn của sinh viên tạo ra một sản phẩm có giá trị ứng dụng thực tế cao trong ngành kinh doanh vàng bạc đá quý.

II. Phân tích vấn đề quản lý doanh nghiệp vàng bạc truyền thống

Ngành kinh doanh vàng bạc đá quý tại Việt Nam vẫn còn phụ thuộc nhiều vào quy trình thủ công. Dữ liệu được lưu trữ rải rác trên giấy tờ hoặc bảng tính rời rạc. Điều này dẫn đến sai sót trong theo dõi tồn kho, trễ nải trong xử lý đơn hàng và khó khăn trong việc đối soát thanh toán. Quản lý thường không có cái nhìn toàn diện về hoạt động kinh doanh theo thời gian thực. Nhân viên thiếu công cụ để tra cứu nhanh thông tin sản phẩm như loại vàng, trọng lượng và bảng giá cập nhật. Khi khối lượng giao dịch tăng cao, các lỗ hổng trong quản lý càng trở nên rõ rệt. Đặc biệt, việc điều chỉnh giá vàng theo biến động thị trường diễn ra thường xuyên nhưng thiếu hệ thống hỗ trợ cập nhật tập trung. Thông tin không đồng bộ giữa các bộ phận gây ra tình trạng nhân viên thiếu thông tin khi phục vụ khách hàng. Hệ thống thông báo nội bộ không tồn tại khiến việc phối hợp giữa các nhân viên gặp khó khăn. Rủi ro mất dữ liệu cũng là mối lo thường trực với doanh nghiệp chưa số hóa.

2.1. Hạn chế trong quản lý kho và giá vàng thủ công

Quản lý kho vàng theo phương pháp thủ công tồn tại nhiều rủi ro nghiêm trọng. Thông tin về số lượng, loại vàng và trọng lượng dễ bị nhập sai. Khi giá vàng biến động, cập nhật thủ công dẫn đến sai lệch giữa các bộ phận. Hệ thống cũ không hỗ trợ theo dõi lịch sử thay đổi giá, khiến quản lý khó kiểm tra và xác minh. Đây là điểm yếu cốt lõi mà ứng dụng HCMUTE hướng đến khắc phục triệt để thông qua module điều chỉnh giá tập trung và phân quyền rõ ràng.

2.2. Thách thức trong xử lý đơn hàng và thanh toán

Quy trình xử lý đơn hàng thủ công tiêu tốn nhiều thời gian và dễ phát sinh lỗi nghiệp vụ. Đơn hàng bị từ chối do thông tin khách hàng không hợp lệ hoặc sản phẩm hết hàng nhưng hệ thống chưa cập nhật kịp thời. Việc đối soát thanh toán qua nhiều kênh như tiền mặt và chuyển khoản gây ra mất cân đối sổ sách. Thiếu hệ thống quản lý đơn hàng tập trung làm giảm chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng, ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến uy tín và doanh thu của doanh nghiệp kinh doanh vàng bạc.

III. Giải pháp công nghệ Next

Hệ thống được xây dựng trên nền tảng công nghệ hiện đại, đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu vận hành thực tế. Next.js được chọn làm framework phía client nhờ khả năng server-side rendering giúp tải trang nhanh và tối ưu SEO. Node.js kết hợp với Express.js đảm nhận vai trò xử lý logic nghiệp vụ phía server một cách hiệu quả. PostgreSQL cung cấp nền tảng cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ mạnh mẽ, đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn dữ liệu giao dịch. Hệ thống cung cấp đầy đủ thao tác CRUD trên sản phẩm vàng và danh mục hàng hóa. Chức năng quản lý đơn hàng cho phép nhân viên cập nhật trạng thái mua vào, bán ra theo thời gian thực. Module điều chỉnh giá vàng giúp admin cập nhật giá mua và giá bán nhanh chóng với xác nhận trực tiếp trên hệ thống. Tích hợp VNPay và PayPal mang lại sự linh hoạt trong thanh toán cho khách hàng. Hệ thống thông báo nội bộ đảm bảo nhân viên và quản lý luôn được cập nhật thông tin mới nhất. Kiến trúc phân lớp rõ ràng giúp hệ thống dễ mở rộng và bảo trì lâu dài.

3.1. Kiến trúc Next.js và lợi thế server side rendering

Next.js được lựa chọn vì khả năng render phía server trước khi gửi về client, giúp cải thiện tốc độ tải trang và hỗ trợ SEO hiệu quả. Framework sử dụng hệ thống định tuyến dựa trên cấu trúc file, đơn giản hóa quá trình quản lý route. Tích hợp tái tạo tĩnh tăng dần cho phép cập nhật nội dung mà không cần rebuild toàn bộ ứng dụng. Kiến trúc component của React được tận dụng hoàn toàn, giúp giao diện quản lý vàng bạc linh hoạt và có thể tái sử dụng cao.

3.2. Hệ thống phân quyền và quản lý người dùng

Hệ thống phân chia rõ ràng hai vai trò là Admin và Nhân viên với quyền hạn khác nhau. Admin có toàn quyền quản lý tài khoản nhân viên, danh mục sản phẩm, giá vàng và xem lịch sử giao dịch. Nhân viên chỉ được phép xem và cập nhật trạng thái đơn hàng, tìm kiếm sản phẩm và nhận thông báo nội bộ. Cơ chế phân quyền này đảm bảo an toàn dữ liệu và kiểm soát rủi ro nghiệp vụ trong môi trường doanh nghiệp vàng bạc đá quý.

IV. Kết luận và ứng dụng thực tiễn của hệ thống quản lý vàng HCMUTE

Hệ thống website và ứng dụng quản lý doanh nghiệp vàng bạc đá quý do HCMUTE phát triển là minh chứng rõ nét cho năng lực ứng dụng công nghệ hiện đại vào bài toán thực tiễn. Sản phẩm không chỉ giải quyết các điểm yếu của quy trình thủ công mà còn xây dựng nền tảng số hóa hoàn chỉnh cho doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ trong ngành vàng bạc. Việc tích hợp đầy đủ từ quản lý kho, điều chỉnh giá, xử lý đơn hàng đến thanh toán trực tuyến tạo ra một hệ sinh thái vận hành khép kín. Giao diện thân thiện và phân quyền rõ ràng giúp đào tạo nhân sự nhanh chóng. Dữ liệu lịch sử giao dịch hỗ trợ quản lý đưa ra quyết định kinh doanh chính xác hơn. Hệ thống có khả năng mở rộng theo nhu cầu, phù hợp với xu hướng chuyển đổi số của ngành thương mại vàng bạc đá quý Việt Nam. Đây là tài liệu tham khảo có giá trị cho các đồ án và dự án công nghệ thông tin tương tự tại các trường đại học kỹ thuật trong nước.

4.1. Giá trị học thuật và đóng góp của đồ án

Đồ án tốt nghiệp này đóng góp quan trọng vào lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm quản lý doanh nghiệp chuyên ngành. Việc kết hợp Next.js, Node.js, Express.js và PostgreSQL trong một hệ thống hoàn chỉnh cung cấp mô hình tham khảo có giá trị cho sinh viên ngành Kỹ thuật Phần mềm. Phương pháp phân tích use case chi tiết và thiết kế hệ thống phân quyền được trình bày trong đồ án là tài liệu học thuật hữu ích cho các khóa học tiếp theo tại HCMUTE và các cơ sở đào tạo công nghệ thông tin khác.

4.2. Tiềm năng triển khai thực tế cho doanh nghiệp vàng bạc

Hệ thống hoàn toàn có thể triển khai thực tế tại các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh vàng bạc đá quý quy mô vừa và nhỏ. Với chi phí phát triển thấp và nền tảng công nghệ mã nguồn mở, khả năng tiếp cận của doanh nghiệp nội địa rất cao. Tích hợp cổng thanh toán VNPay phù hợp thị trường Việt Nam. Hệ thống có thể mở rộng thêm các tính năng như báo cáo thống kê nâng cao, quản lý đại lý và ứng dụng di động trong các giai đoạn phát triển tiếp theo.

Current situation The jewelry industry, including gold, silver, and gemstone businesses, faces unique challenges in managing inventory, pricing, employee activities, and providing high-quality customer experiences. These operations often involve manual processes that are prone to inefficiency and errors. The lack of an integrated management solution tailored to jewelry enterprises creates a gap in streamlining workflows and ensuring smooth daily operations. To address this, we propose developing a Gold Store Management System utilizing modern technologies like the PERN stack for web development and Flutter for mobile applications.

This system will simplify critical business activities such as inventory tracking, pricing adjustments, employee management, and reporting. By automating these processes, the solution will help store owners optimize operations, improve accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction, creating a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders. Objectives and content Objectives: ● Master the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, ReactJS, NextJS) for developing a robust web-based management system. ● Utilize Flutter to develop a cross-platform mobile application that integrates with the main system.

● Solve key operational issues faced by jewelry stores, such as real-time inventory updates, pricing management, and employee monitoring.
