ACL ART is a company operating in the field of artistic product manufacturing and business. The research aims to investigate and analyze the data management system of ACL ART using the Odoo enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
The main objective of this study is to develop an efficient and flexible data management system for ACL ART, aiming to optimize the organization, storage, import/export, processing, and security of data within the company. Additionally, the system aims to improve the performance and competitiveness of ACL ART in the artistic industry through the implementation of information technology in management processes. The scope of the research covers various aspects related to data management within ACL ART, starting from evaluating the company's requirements, designing and implementing the system on Odoo, to evaluating its effectiveness and proposing enhancements. However, the research will not delve into other aspects of the Odoo ERP beyond data management.
There are certain limitations in this study, including constraints on resources and time, as well as the scale of the ACL ART company and technical limitations of the Odoo software. Nonetheless, the objective remains to create an optimized data management system that aligns with the specific needs of ACL ART to ensure efficiency and performance in its business processes. The assessment of the Odoo-based data management system for ACL ART revealed several positive outcomes. The system demonstrated improved data organization, streamlined processes, and enhanced data security.
A comparative analysis with other solutions highlighted Odoo's superiority in terms of cost- effectiveness and user-friendliness. Overall, the implementation of Odoo contributed significantly to ACL ART's data management efficiency. ACL Company, operating in the field of supplying stationery and related services, is no exception to this challenge. To meet and exceed the growing market demands, the establishment of an efficient and convenient information management system is of utmost necessity. Recognizing the significance of this matter, the research topic has been selected with the aim of addressing issues related to information management systems within ACL Company.
Through a specific examination and analysis of the difficulties and limitations that the company currently faces in managing data, orders, products, and day-to-day transaction activities, the objective is to identify suitable solutions to enhance these processes. The important objectives that ACL aims for when implementing an information management system are to create efficiency, consistency, and reliability in information management, helping ACL companies enhance productivity, optimize workflow processes, and gain a competitive edge in a challenging market. e Business process optimization: Improving the performance of business processes by optimizing, automating, and reducing the time required for activities.
