Graduation projects are very important to students last year, through project to help students synthesize the knowledge of mechanical engineering and related disciplines during the four-year study. Also through projects also help students better understand the more specialized and experience to graduate may work better practice and improve teamwork Despite a lot of effort, but in a period of time allows, as well as limitations of their own knowledge, this project inevitable shortcomings. Therefore, we look forward to receiving input from the teacher and those interested in the area where this project was presented. However, the product processing of drinking water is complicated, take a lot of manpower, costly and request safety. Cleaning bottle and filling water stage. In this study, an automated cleaning and filling 20-liter drinking bottle system is designed and manufactured to solve above disadvantage. - At the first stage, empty bottles are fixed into cleaning reactor by chain, bottles are continuously cleaned three times both inside and outside bottles with high pressure by a bump with different types of water: water with Clo, tap water, pure water.
- Afterward, the cleaned bottles are taken out cleaning reactor and are putted in to filling water reactor. In this stage, pure water is filled; the caps of bottles are placed and closed automatically. At the end this process, the bottle is moved to next step. - To resolve requirements we need have two optimal principle.
That are cleaning and filling the botlle to decrease the lowest manufacture costs and manpower but still achieve requirement of thesis. Beside we need have design drawings and manufacture of filling and cleaning machine - After machine was designed and manufactured, was used in Daisuki water factory. That bring hight productivity. - After machines was completed, that achieved some advantages: save energy, increase productivity.

Purpose and urgency of project. - Water is a part of our life that is very important in the lives of organisms, organisms can contain between 60% and 90% of water.[3] - Water is used widely in all type (air, liquid, solid) in the world. - In average, each person on earth we need 292,000 billion liters.
However, only about 0.003% of the water supply in the world are fresh water for human use. Due to the floods and industrial developping, waste from the plant contaminated toxic water heavily. Vietnam currently has about 17.2 million people (equivalent to 21.5% of the population) use drinking water from wells, has not been tested or treated, according to the Institute of Labor Medicine and Environmental Sanitation.[2] - Nowadays, water pollution is increasing due to industrial expansion, so clean water is a big problem for modern technology to deal with. As a result, many clean water factories have been born to meet the demand of consumers.
With the convenience, portability, cost-saving they bring, purified water and spring water bottles have become familiar to everyone. However, drinking water bottle manufacture process is complicated. Cleaning bottle and closing the cap are two important stages in this process. We would like to make it automatic, thereby reduce costs and manpower, increase productivity 1.
Object and scope of the study. Demand of people used bottle water product. - Human life can not lack water, this is the essential needs each day. Manufacturers grow to serve humans.
Your life can not be without water. - The demand to use drinking water bottle are consumer choices. All activities of human life will become more convenient when there is drinking water bottle. You can use drinking water bottle in your travels such as: hiking, traveling, meals, activities outdoors as dehydration - More lucid mind going to drink adequate amount of water daily so do not forget to drink 2 liters of water 1 day to a healthy body.
Each day, the body of adults lose about 1.5 litters of water through the sweat, breath, work and a lot of exercise the body will lose more water. So to keep the amount of water in the 1|Page do an body normal, average daily per person to drink an amount of water (to replace the lost water): - Adults (60 kg): drink about 2 litters / day.
