The number of countries in the world has increased. The economic development that accompanies the growth of import and export trade has a direct impact on the profits of transportation companies and logistics service companies.
The logistics industry plays a very important role by connecting economies, reducing geographic distances, reducing costs, lowering product prices and promoting trade development. Sea shipping plays a particularly important role in international trade, with approximately 80% of imports and exports being shipped by sea. Due to the nature of the shipping industry, it creates competitive advantages such as wide shipping, large shipping capacity and low cost shipping, making the shipping industry a potential service company. Vietnam's economy remains most dependent on two major economies, especially the import market, according to a May 2019 report by the Bureau of Statistics.
The commodity trade balance in May 2019 was a deficit of US $ 1.3 billion, and it is estimated that Vietnam generally had a trade deficit of approximately US $ 548 million in five months. China remains Vietnam's largest import market, with sales of US $ 29.6 billion, an increase of 18.9% over the same period last year. All companies want to reduce import costs and save unnecessary investment and talent so that they can focus on their core business. Sales: Search and develop new customer systems, including customers, manufacturers and trading companies who use freight carriers and logistics services directly.
Responsible for negotiations, negotiations, signing business contracts and coordinating with the customer service department. Products in supporting old customers, promoting corporate image, contacting customers. Find and collect market information about freight rates from shipping companies. We support and advise our clients to provide the best solution for their logistics.

Documents Department: Responsible for all shipping documents related to the import and export of goods. Contact and work with your freight carrier, carrier, and agent to obtain the required documentation and resolve any documentation issues. We will implement pricing capabilities, update the shipping company's pricing structure in the sales department, and support the sales department in using the service.
It is also necessary to provide information to the logistics department and accounting department. Enter data, create import / export cargo documentation, review and modify the original documentation from a customer, agency, or ship, issue a bill of lading, issue a delivery order. 12 Regularly monitor and review product processes and progress to quickly correct any errors that occur and contact customers, agents, and vessels to update and share the information needed for export shipments.
